Miranda BellCounselling

Qualified Integrative Counsellor

A warm welcome to you. Are you feeling low? Anxious? Overwhelmed? Maybe you have relationship issues, are experiencing grief, low self esteem or are struggling with reoccurring patterns in your life that you long to change. You may be experiencing feelings of shame that you find hard to share with friends and family through fear of being judged. You may be struggling with long-term problems or with a recent event that is preventing you from living a fulfilling life.

Counselling can help

Now more than ever people are becoming increasingly aware of the importance of prioritising their mental health. Making a choice to seek help may feel daunting at first, especially if you have been used to burying difficult and unwanted emotions, only for them to resurface later down the line. You may be thinking about your usual way of dealing with things and feel curious about making a change. I believe change is possible through the secure trusting environment provided by the counselling relationship and I am passionate about helping people achieve it. Counselling provides the perfect platform to take those first steps towards unlocking your potential and improving your quality of life.

I am an experienced, qualified counsellor providing face to face, online and telephone counselling. I  provide a confidential, warm and non judgemental environment in which to explore your issues. Whatever you bring, you will be fully heard, supported by a counselling approach that's personalised to what you need most.
